Announcing the 2011 Entry Level Fire Fighter Testing.  All applications must be in to the VFA by close of business on Friday, September 30th.  These attachments are in PDF format to avoid any altering.  Please post this information in your Departments and on Department and Local websites.  DPS - VFA will do advertising in papers throughout the State.  There will also be mass-emailing of this information to appropriate jurisdictions. Please note that candidates applying will need both the application and the orientation guide.
 
All testing will be held at the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds in Essex Junction.  CPAT Orientation will be held on Tuesday, October 11th, with set-up on Monday, October 10th.  CPAT Testing will be held Tuesday through Thursday, December 13th through 15th, with set-up on Monday, December 12th.  The written exam will be held on Tuesday, December 13th.
